BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS

The Cedarville Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing at the
Township Office located at 78 N Main Street, Cedarville on January 6, 2025, at 7:00 pm.
The purpose of the public hearing is to review and act on a Variance Request by Stephen
Jones, owner, to Zoning Resolution Section 507.2, which requires an accessory building
to be to the rear of the main dwelling. The subject property is located at 2175 US 42,
Parcel ID D08000100040001900.
