Notice is hereby given that the Cedarville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on August 28, 2024, at 7:00 pm, Cedarville Township Trustee Office, 78 N Main Street, Cedarville, OH 45314. The purpose of the public hearing is to review a request for Conditional Use per section 530.1 Single Family Dwelling Occupancy. The request is to add In-law or relative living space. The subject property is located at 2281 Murdock Rd, Cedarville OH, parcel ID D08000100051001400.
