CEDARVILLE TOWNSHIP
BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
CASE #BZA 001-23
The Cedarville Township Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) will hold a public hearing at the
Cedarville Township Office, 78 North Main Street, Cedarville, on Monday, July 10, 2023, at 7:00pm.
The purpose of the hearing is to review Case 001-23, a Variance Request. The request is made by Douglas Roby, owner, to allow a garage or other accessory building to be built in the front or side yard of his property, per section 507.2, of the Cedarville Township Zoning Resolution. The subject property is located at 2830 Conley Road, Parcel ID D08000100040004400.
